Mystic Seaport

The museum has a shipyard that maintains historic wooden ships as well as an old whaling ship you can explore. I did an overnight school trip here in 5th grade and sleeping on triple-decker bunk beds and making faux scrimshaw blew my mind, would love to go back tbh!
